In-Person Training

This is one of the highest levels of training and support. Your sessions will be completed in person, and you will get in-time feedback on form and coaching around motivation and accountability. Training will take place at Laney Lifts Gym. 

Virtual Personal Training

Personal training from the comfort of your home ... or any environment you choose.  Sessions will take place over ZOOM or Facetime. Equipment is based on each client's availability. 

Online Program Design and Tracking

If you are new to the gym and not sure what to do or just want to switch up your routine, this is a fantastic option! I will develop a program to help you reach your goals and have it in my app, so we monitor your progress and adjust things as needed. These programs are developed for 8 weeks of training. 

Nutrition/Habit Coaching

Nutrition plays a vital role in your health and reaching your fitness goals. This service is completely customized to your goals, mentality around food and preferences of coaching (macros, intuitive eating, etc.). There are part-time and full-time coaching options available.

Nutrition Coaching can be added to any training package for an additional discount.

Group Classes

I am contracted by LCSD to run a Total Body Conditioning Class. Currently, our fall set is winding down, but no worries, the winter set will be starting January 12 for 12 weeks to April 6.
